For a Netflix Christmas movie it was not half bad! I loved quite a few moments of it and it did cover some bases of what it is like to be a kid after something happens in their lives, and how siblings deal with each other as they grow up.

The graphics of this movie were really well done and yes it had some reindeer that were not totally real but they were pretty freaking adorable same with the elves. I like the fact that they did not go full traditional Santa and Kurt Russel was such a babe and funny as hell. Not to mention that his beard was beyond amazing!

The acting from the kids is actually good except I don't think it really was their fault for some of the moment that were just really hard to watch because I am sure that they are just following what was written for them. Even though it was from the same director of Home Alone.

Side note This is yet another Christmas movie that showcases all of Santas reindeer but not Rudolph.. I will be starting a count of how many I watch that do not have him as a reindeer. Count; 1.
